Benchmarking/debugging aid. If set to yes, the exact-exchange (ACE) build uses the scalar one-Poisson-solve-per-state path even when the batched FFT path would otherwise apply (i.e. with StatesBlockSize > 1 on a plain-FFT, CPU, non-domain-decomposed run). This allows a like-for-like comparison of the batched vs unbatched FFT at a fixed block size; it does not change the result.
