From the Benasque TDDFT school 2010: tutorial on code development, algorithms of real-space TDDFT, and the physics of quantum dots.

Download: qd-0.1.0.tar.gz

For Linux and GCC, include in your ./configure line: FCCPP="/lib/cpp -ffreestanding"

If you have compilation or runtime issues, this version might work instead: qd-0.1.1_beta.tar.gz

MacPorts installation instructions:

port install gcc7 gsl fftw-3 +gfortran argp-standalone vecLibFort
./configure --prefix=$PWD FC=/opt/local/bin/gfortran-mp-7 FCFLAGS=-O3 CFLAGS=-O3 CC=/opt/local/bin/gcc-mp-7 --with-gsl-prefix=/opt/local \
--with-blas=/opt/local/lib/libvecLibFort.dylib LDFLAGS=/opt/local/lib/libargp.a --with-fft-lib=/opt/local/lib/libfftw3.a
